S & J Tractor Services was hired to complete these projects, located in Port St. Joe, (St. Joe Beach), area, which consisted of several stages. We first went in and cut down all the over growth on the lot. We then cut down several pine trees and hauled away all the debris. We then excavated all stumps within the footprint of the house foundation and hauled in fill dirt for the start of the concrete foundation. Once the house was nearly complete, we were called back to finish the final grade around the house so the customer could get the CO, Certificate of Occupancy. Final grade was a little bit of a challenge because of the amount of rain and wet material, but we made it happen.
