S & J Roll Off and Tractor Services had to compromise on this foundation fill. We had to fill in concrete stem walls with fill dirt so the concrete foundation could be poured. However, all the concrete blocks were laid before dirt was added. To make it work, We created a dirt ramp from the outside to the inside so we could transfer dirt inside with our Tractors.
