From a wooded lot to the finish construction, S & J Roll Off and Tractor Services was involved with all land related task on this lot. First we went into this lot with our bush hog and cut down all the growth on the lot. We then cut down all trees and excavated the stumps. All of the debris was then hauled away and the elevation of the lot was increased with 20 loads of fill dirt. After the fill dirt was on the lot, it was capped with 12 inches of sandy clay for a solid base for a new home construction. A culvert and driveway was installed and Bahama Rock was put onto the driveway. This lot in located in the Port St Joe, St Joe Beach, Florida area.
