S & J Tractor Services was hired to complete this project from Start to Finish. The first thing we did was re-locate 2 palm trees. These trees were moved from one location to another on site because they were interfering with placement of the pole barn. Once the trees were moved we brought in 32 loads of fill dirt to increase the entire lot elevation by approx. 2 feet. Once the elevation was increased, we brought in 40 tons of crushed concrete for a support base for a concrete foundation and rock driveway. We installed a 40 foot culvert pipe for access to the lot. Once this was complete, we brought in 120 Tons of cabbage grove rock and covered the entire lot with these rocks. We rolled and packed the rocks with our vibratory roller to set the rocks in place. This project was located in Port St. Joe, (Simmons Bayou), Fl. area. Below are some photos of the before, during, and after process.
